The Rhinoceros of Rwanda
Rhinos are among the Big Five and symbolize strength and resilience. In Rwanda, they are mainly found in Akagera National Park. Komera supports conservation efforts to protect these incredible animals.
🌍 Where They Live
You can find rhinos in Akagera National Park, where the black rhino population was reintroduced after years of absence due to poaching and genocide against Tutsis.
🛡 How We Help
At Komera Initiative, we support wildlife protection through education, community involvement, and by sharing the beauty of Rwanda’s endangered species with the world.
